14 days of post-launch support, included

Every package includes 14 days of complimentary support after launch. After that, two optional services are available:

  • Website Maintenance β€” $50/month. Ongoing updates, small changes, fixes, and support, so you're covered on a monthly basis without paying per request.
  • Design Changes β€” starting at $50 per request. One-off updates to your site's design or content, billed individually based on the scope of what's needed.

Larger changes β€” such as new pages, sections, or added functionality β€” may require a separate quote.

Domain, hosting, and paid third-party services are not included in any package. Advanced integrations or functionality outside the selected package may require an additional quote.

Priority development is included with the Premium package. Added to another package, priority handling carries a $75 fee, since it means shifting other projects to work on yours first β€” priority projects are typically completed within a few business days.

Add-ons such as additional pages, animations, video sections, and other enhancements start at $50, depending on scope.

Have a different budget in mind? We're happy to work outside these packages β€” tell us your budget and we'll put together a scope that fits it.

Our Process

How we work together

A clear, step-by-step process from first contact to launch day β€” so you always know what's happening and what's needed from you.

1

Initial Contact

We connect with the business through a call, message, or inquiry.

2

Consultation

We meet with the client in person when possible, or through Zoom/Microsoft Teams for clients outside Edmonton. We discuss their business, goals, preferred design, website features, and what they want included.

3

Project Confirmation

Once the client decides to move forward, we confirm the website package, features, content, and overall direction.

4

Content & Access

We collect everything needed to begin development. This can include business information, photos, videos, logos, services, pricing, contact information, social media links, and other website content.

Clients purchase and retain ownership of their domain. When the website is ready to launch, we guide you through providing the access or DNS information needed to connect it.

5

Website Development

We begin designing and developing the website. Most builds are completed within approximately a few business days once we have the information and materials required to begin. Projects with additional integrations, extensive content, or third-party setup may take longer.

6

Review & Revisions

We show the client the completed design before launch so they can review the layout, content, and functionality. Revisions are completed according to the number included in their package.

7

Launch

Once the client approves the website and the domain is ready, we connect everything and launch the website.

What We Need From You

Helping us help you

  • Business name and contact information
  • Logo/branding, if available
  • Photos and videos
  • Services, products, menus, pricing, or other relevant information
  • Social media links
  • Preferred colors/style and design inspiration
  • Any forms, email addresses, maps, or special features required
  • Domain access when it is time to connect and launch the website

Don't worry if you're unsure what we need β€” we'll guide you through the information and access required for your specific website.

What We Can Build & Integrate

Services & integrations

TheLinaGraceVisions builds informational, service-based, and e-commerce websites, plus the supporting features and integrations below. Tap any item to see exactly how it works.

What it does: We design and develop your website based on your business, branding, content, services, and goals.

What you provide: Business information, services, pricing if applicable, photos/videos, logo/branding if available, contact information, social media, preferred style/colors, and any additional content you'd like displayed.

What we handle: Design, development, mobile responsiveness, the functionality we've agreed on, revisions, domain connection assistance, and launch. You don't need any technical knowledge β€” we'll guide you through anything we need along the way.

How it works:

  1. We design and develop your online storefront, including your agreed product pages/catalogue, cart, and checkout experience.
  2. You create and own your own Stripe and/or PayPal Business account.
  3. You complete any identity, business, tax, and banking verification directly with Stripe or PayPal.
  4. We guide you through providing the appropriate access or integration information required to connect the payment provider.
  5. We configure the supported integration and test checkout functionality.
  6. Once everything is approved and working, your store can be launched.

"TheLinaGraceVisions does not require your banking login information or payment-account password. Sensitive financial and identity information is provided directly to your payment processor."

Stripe and PayPal β€” not TheLinaGraceVisions β€” control account approval, verification, processing fees, account restrictions, and processing timelines. We don't build custom payment-processing systems or custom payment APIs; we integrate the supported Stripe and PayPal checkout experience.

What it does: We integrate supported contact and inquiry forms into your website.

What you tell us: What information you want customers to submit, where submissions should be delivered, and any existing form/service information required for the integration.

What we handle: We configure the supported form on your website and test that submissions work correctly. If an external form service or account is required, you own that account and we'll guide you through what we need. We don't develop a custom form backend or API.

What it does: Supported website forms can be connected to compatible spam-protection solutions, and we configure the website-side integration where supported.

What you may need: If the spam-protection provider requires an account, verification, or site-specific credentials, you may need to create or own that account, or provide the required access/information.

Limitations: Spam protection reduces automated spam, but it can't guarantee that 100% of unwanted submissions will be eliminated.

What it does: Adds a live chat widget to your website so visitors can message you directly. We guide you through setting up your Tawk.to account and obtaining the widget/embed information.

What we handle: We add the integration to your site and test that the chat widget appears and functions correctly. You manage conversations, agents, and account settings through Tawk.to β€” it's a third-party service, so its availability and features are controlled by Tawk.to.

What you provide: Your correct business location or Google Maps listing/link.

What we handle: We add the supported Google Maps embed to your website and make sure it displays correctly across devices.

Good to know: If changes need to be made to your Google Business Profile itself, those changes may need to be completed through your own Google account.

What you provide: You set up your Calendly account β€” availability, appointment types, and scheduling preferences β€” then share the scheduling link/embed information with us.

What we handle: We integrate the supported booking experience into your website and make sure it displays correctly. We're integrating an existing booking platform, not developing a custom booking system from scratch.

What it does: We perform basic website SEO setup and help connect/submit your website through Google Search Console. This can include appropriate page titles, descriptions, and website structure where applicable, along with helping Google discover the website.

What you may need: If Google requires account ownership or verification, you may need to sign into or own the relevant Google account β€” we'll guide you through the required steps.

"Google determines when a website is crawled, indexed, and where it appears in search results. TheLinaGraceVisions cannot guarantee rankings, first-page placement, or a specific indexing date."

Ownership: You purchase and retain ownership of your domain β€” always. We never take ownership of a client's domain.

What we handle: When your website is ready to launch, we guide you through providing the access or DNS information required to connect the domain, then configure the necessary supported DNS/domain settings and connect the finished website.

Ongoing: You remain responsible for future domain ownership, registration, and renewal fees.

If a third-party provider supplies a compatible website embed code, widget, or supported integration link, we can often add it to your website.

  1. You create/own the account with the third-party provider.
  2. We determine whether the provider offers a compatible website integration.
  3. We guide you through locating the required widget/embed information.
  4. You provide the appropriate information/access.
  5. We integrate it into the website.
  6. We test that it displays correctly.

We don't currently develop custom APIs, custom third-party software connections, or custom widgets from scratch.

We can display dealership inventory when your existing inventory/software provider supplies a compatible website widget, embed code, or supported integration.

  1. You tell us which dealership/inventory system you currently use.
  2. We check whether your provider offers a compatible website integration.
  3. If supported, we guide you through obtaining the required embed/widget information.
  4. We add it to the website and test its display.

"We do not currently develop custom API connections between dealership inventory software and your website."

If your provider doesn't offer a compatible integration, contact us and we'll determine what alternatives are available before promising the feature.

MLS/IDX functionality depends on your MLS/IDX provider.

  1. You tell us which MLS/IDX service/provider you use.
  2. We determine whether that provider supplies a compatible website widget, embed, or supported integration.
  3. You obtain/maintain the required account, subscription, or authorization with your MLS/IDX provider.
  4. We guide you through locating the required integration information.
  5. We add the supported integration to your website and test the display.

"We do not currently develop custom MLS/IDX APIs or property listing-feed systems."

We don't guarantee compatibility until we've checked your provider.

Not Sure If We Can Integrate It?

Have a platform or feature that isn't listed here? Send us the name of the service you use. We'll check whether your provider offers a compatible website embed, widget, or integration before confirming that we can add it.

Ask About an Integration

Your accounts stay yours

Some website features require accounts with third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, Calendly, Tawk.to, Google, or other business software. You create and retain ownership of these accounts. When access or integration information is required, we'll guide you through what we need to complete the website setup. We do not need your banking login information or payment-account passwords.

About Us

About us

TheLinaGraceVisions was founded by Grace and Anilina, who wanted to build a studio that treats every website like a real design project β€” not a form to fill in. We handle both the look of a site and how it's built, so nothing gets lost between the two.

As part of a generation that's grown up alongside social media, evolving digital platforms, and constantly changing web trends, we bring a current, natural sense of what feels engaging and intuitive online. But a site that looks great still has to work β€” so we design with clear navigation, mobile responsiveness, and practical features that make sense for your business, not just visual trends. The result is a website that feels modern and current, while staying straightforward and professional for customers of every age.

How long does a website take to build?

Most builds are completed within a few business days after our initial meeting, once we have what we need from you. See our process above for the full breakdown.

Yes. Clients purchase and own their own domain. We can connect your domain to the website for you, but you will need to provide us with the necessary account or DNS access so we can complete the connection.

How many revisions do I get?

Depending on your package, you will receive 1–3 revision rounds. Revisions allow you to request changes to the website after reviewing it.

Depending on the package purchased, clients receive 1–3 revision rounds. A revision round may contain multiple reasonable changes submitted together.

Requests that significantly change the original design, add new pages or features, or change the original project scope may require an additional fee.

Before launch, clients are responsible for reviewing their website and confirming that their business information, prices, contact details, links, and other content are accurate.

Once approved, we will publish the website and connect the client's domain when applicable.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use any logos, photos, videos, written content, trademarks, or other materials they provide to us.
